Refund policy

Returns

 

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items in their original condition.

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Vinyl records, spray paint, markers, and other consumable art supplies are final sale and cannot be returned once opened/used.

  • Tattoo services, deposits, and gift cards are non-refundable.

 


Refunds

 

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

 


Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are available for clothing items (size or color) if stock allows.

  • If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

 


Damaged or Defective Items

 

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@themidnightoil.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 


Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
